How does the FTX dash cam app work?
1. Download the “FTX dash cam viewer” app from the Google Play Store or App Store.
2. To use the app, users must be inside the vehicle then connect to the camera via Wi-Fi using the FTX dash cam viewer app.

How do I add a rear or interior camera to the FTX dash camera?
Rear and interior cameras are sold by authorized FTX dealers. One additional camera can be connected to the FTX 4k dash camera.

How many cameras can I connect to my FTX dash camera?
By default, you can connect one additional camera. If users wish to connect a third camera, you can download a special firmware update from the downloads section of the FTX website.

Can I upgrade my FTX dash camera’s memory capacity?
Yes. The FTX-DC4000 dash camera will accept up to a 512GB micro SD card.

What is ECO battery saving mode?
ECO mode relates to parking mode and will draw less power from the car battery to ensure longer-lasting protection while the vehicle is parked. This is done by utilizing radar instead of the image sensor to detect motion in front of the vehicle.
